  • We will work with you leading up to your event assisting with event details, schedules & floor plans.
  • We will add a selection of licensed, appraised, unique & high quality items from our inventory based on your event demographics, theme, space allocated and items that will compliment your donations.
  • We will create attractive auction bid sheets that will include your event name and logo(s).
  • We will setup the entire auction providing all necessary supplies including easels, jersey stands, clipboards & pens (tables/linens are provided by the venue)
  • We will manage & oversee the auction for the duration of the event, answering any questions the guests may have and ensure everyone bids correctly.
  • We keep the area organized and attractive.
  • We will close the auction with fully experienced staff, process the payments with our cellular, wireless credit card terminals accepting all forms of payment.
  • We will package all sold items for the winning bidder in proper packaging to ensure a safe ride home.
  • We will provide you with an on-site calculation and report the profit raised
  • We will provide you with a full reconciliation the following business day with a breakdown of the results, electronic copies of bid sheets  and the cheque will be issued within 2-3 business days.
